Dear Clerk of Court,

This presentment is to be directed to the US Bankruptcy Trustee and other concerned parties that have the jurisdictional control over this Principal Debtor/Bankrupt account to process this Creditor’s Order under will against my Open Chapter 9 – Bankruptcy of the PATRICK DEVINE – Executive Agency COLB – Governmental Banking Unit. This is the American Creditors - Bankrupt Banking System using the Bankruptcy Courts (a District “US of A” Bank) to access their American Registered Bankrupt Banking Accounts and any other Governmental Unit Bankrupt Accounts per the Banking Act of 1933 and in this case it is comparable to a Commercial Banking Debtor-Checking Account.

1.       B-10; Proof of Claim form.

2.       UCC1 – 120009813930, supportive proof of lawful Claim.

3.       Copy of Power of Attorney and have been submitted into the NCRS program.

4.       Certificate of Live Birth - serial #___________ as the adjustment/settlement/discharging instrument.


This Ordered Claim is to be converted into lawful registered currency of exchange – not to be in the form of a check; and then to be presented to the Principal Creditor; Patrick: Devine.

The Return Delivery is to be made within three day time frame for Security transactions, once the initial delivery has been accepted, this is per the Law. (With computers now days it should really be completed in 24 hours.)

It is understood that the processing Fees are covered by the US Bankruptcy Trustee’s Fees but if additional fees are lawfully required then submit me a bill.
